Love Reflection Sessions
Intimate and deep 1:1 sessions to come back home to yourself, your body, and your heart
I love holding ceremony for people, looking people in the eye, and reminding them how loved, held, cherished, and needed they are. One-on-one connection is so important to me, and so I offer these Love Reflection Sessions.
Our work together will be shaped by your needs and wants, but you can expect a weaving of grounding exercises, pulling oracle cards, shadow work meditation practices, speak loving truth to you, share rituals, recommendations for books and music, and deep space for listening to your story.
Our container of work together will last 3 or 6 months.
This container includes:
3 1-hour 1:1 sessions via Zoom every month (9 or 18 sessions total)
Personal support through Voxer in between sessions, Monday through Friday
Monthly integration weeks without sessions (but Voxer support is still available) to help integrate all your healing and learning

The entire healing journey is one of unlearning the limiting stories you have been conditioned to believe. It is one of remembering your divinity, that you are love and everything you are looking for outside of you is already within you.
I have been on such a journey in this life to remember these things. I was unwell most of my life. The pain and trauma I have lived through have become my deepest invitation to remember my wholeness.
I have been on this journey for the past ten years and the things I love to work through with my clients are all things that I have experienced. They are things I have been and continue to do deep healing work around.
In each session, we will do practices to get back into our bodies and learn how to integrate the work that you are learning. I will never forget hearing the quote, “Knowledge is just a rumor until it’s moved into the muscle.” I will also give you practices to do between our sessions which are just as important if not more important to move this knowledge into your daily life.
This intimate container is a space for:

Learning to love and accept all of our parts, not just the ones you have been taught are good or holy

Healing our mother wounds

Moving through loss, relationship breakdowns, deconstruction

Learning embodiment practices, especially if you are completely disconnected from your body–it is a gateway to healing

How to live on the planet as a highly sensitive person and/or empath and how to not take on others’ pain. Learning that this is your superpower even if you were told you were too sensitive or too much.

Eating disorders

Shadow work and parts work–how to commune with the parts of yourself that have been exiled and cut off

Sexuality and desire (as someone who was a part of purity culture, I have had to do so much unlearning around this topic and I continue to do this work.)

Learning about meditation. ritual and ceremony, how to connect with your guides and angels and spirit and so much more
How we’ll work together
3 or 6 Month 1:1 Coaching containers
1:1 Sessions
(3 sessions per month with integration weeks)
In these 1-hour Zoom calls, we’ll do practices to get back into our bodies and learn how to integrate the work that you are learning.
I will also give you practices to do between our sessions which are just as important if not more important to move this knowledge into your daily life.
Voxer support
In between sessions, you will have personal support from me through Voxer, Monday through Friday. There will be integration weeks without 1:1 sessions where Voxer support is still available too.
I provide this ongoing support in order to help you through this work. It’s a space for you to share what’s coming up for you and how you’re doing with the practices we work on together.
